The conference will be located at the Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort. Snowbird is about a 35-minute drive from Salt Lake City: it is reasonable to stay in town instead of the conference hotel.

Travel Information

Canyon Transportation runs regular trips from the airport to the hotel (every 1/2 hour). The hotel's central reservation office above can arrange reservations, or you can call Canyon Transportation directly at +1 (801) 255-1841 or (800) 255-1841, or you can use their e-mail reservation from their web page.

For those driving from the aiport, please note the routes suggested by the hotel. In summary,

 From the Airport take I-80 East to I-215 South. Take Exit 6 and go
 right at the light, toward the mountains. This road will lead you
 straight to Ut-210 and up to Snowbird.

 It might be worth clarifying a little more: After you go through the
 light, you pass a rock quarry (on the left), and eventually arrive at
 an intersection. As the signs will explain, straight ahead is Little
 Cottonwood canyon, which has Snowbird and Alta. (Don't turn left to
 Big Cottonwood canyon, which has other ski resorts.)
