The conference will take place in downtown Portland Oregon. The first day of workshops (Sept. 16) will be held at Portland State University, which is a short walk of about 0.5 miles (0.8 km) from the conference hotel. The Sunday (Sept. 17) and Thursday (Sept. 21) workshops and ICFP will be held at the Marriott Hotel.

The conference rate is $125 per night, plus tax, for either single or double occupancy. Please mention ICFP'06 (group code ICFICFA) when making your reservation. The cutoff date for getting the conference rate is August 18th, 2006.
